RCH-Care Limited was registered in 2021, born from an ambition to not only provide an excellent service to those we support but also to support its staff in having a career they enjoy and the ability to further develop themselves and progress in the areas they choose.

Ryan, one of our Co Directors, has worked in Supported Living in the local area for over 10 years and has previous experience as a Registered Manager.

He is a certified PROACT SCIPr-UK Instructor and specialises in supporting those service users that have Autism, Learning difficulties, ADHD, PDA and other complex diagnosis alongside those that display behaviours that challenge, with an excellent track record in proactively supporting individuals in reducing behaviours, which enables them to fulfil their chosen goals and ambitions.

Helen, our other Co Director, has worked in supported housing for over 20 years in Kent with vulnerable young people and has worked directly as a 1 to 1 support both in the community and school settings for people with sever autism and ADHD. 

Additionally she has personal experience raising her twin boys, both of whom are diagnosed with autism, one of which is high functioning and the other has ADHD alongside other comorbidities.
